We would like to invite you to come celebrate The Academy’s 5th birthday whilst experiencing our elite facilities and training programmes...
The International Goalkeepers Academy was established in 2000 by ex-Australian Socceroos keeper, Jim Fraser. The Academy provides specialist goalkeeper training and development for students at all levels and ages.
Come take part in a variety of FREE activities:
- Goalkeeping Clinics
- Academy Tours
- Demonstrations on how to improve your goalkeeping skills
- Test your skills in our new Rebounder Training Area
- Observe how professional keepers train
- Save some shots on our new Artificial Turf Shooting Area
- Let the IGA staff show you some strength & conditioning exercises in our new keeper specific Gym
Grounds will be open from 9.30am with the following FREE activities throughout the day:
10.00am – Warm up session by IGA Goalkeepers
10.15am – Demonstration on Rebounder drills and techniques
10.45am – Goalkeeping Clinics for 13yrs and under
12.00pm – Shooting drill demonstration by IGA Keepers
12.30pm – Goalkeeper related games with IGA Keepers
1.30pm – Goalkeeping Clinics for 14yrs and above
2.30pm – More Goalkeeper related games with IGA Keepers
