Strength and Conditioning

The International Goalkeepers Academy is continually improving its facilities and equipment to ensure academy goalkeepers have access to the best training facilities possible.

Goalkeepers are in demand worldwide and the Academy will be the leader in developing and maintaining a high standard of goalkeeper skills and techniques for the international market-place. Goalkeepers in the present day require new modern techniques, training methods and new types of training equipment.

Therefore, the International Goalkeepers Academy has its own fully equipped gymnasium with the latest training equipment specific for goalkeeper training. By having our own gym we can ensure IGA keepers are given a specific training program to help increase their performance.
